Reading Recommendations
I'm always trying to expand my personal knowledge base.
Here's what I just finished reading:
I
just finished reading The Immortality Edgeby
Michael Fossel, Greta Blackburn, and Dave Woynarowski. This is a
fascinating book that simply and clearly explains what telomeres
are, why you should be concerned about them, and how you can
make changes that may improve your own longevity. What I
enjoyed most about the book was the detail in their recommended
plan. The book included sections on diet, stress reduction,
nutrition, and exercise. Not only do the authors tell you what
you should do, but they told you why you should do it. I also
liked the fact that they recommended a wide range of websites,
products, and experts. This book is well worth your time, and I
recommend it to everyone. I even had my 11 year old daughter
read the chapter about nutrition, and she decided to try to
improve her diet! You can pick up a copy of The
Immortality Edge by clicking on the link below.
